Tara is the founder of Avant Permanent Cosmetics. She is a certified cosmetic tattoo artist who specializes in Powder/Ombré Brows, Lip Blush, and Microblading. Tara is an educator who teaches microblading and powder brow techniques. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise, and has a passion for teaching others how to safely perform permanent cosmetics. Tara has been involved in the tattoo industry for over a decade and has always enjoyed working with others to help their beauty shine through. Tara is on the Board of Directors of the National Microblading Association, and is actively involved in assisting the state of Michigan with proper rules and regulations.
